The19thDC is not able to cancel orders once they have been placed as processing begins almost immediately; nor can we guarantee that changes can be made after the fact.

Once your order has been fulfilled, a tracking number will be sent to the email address used to place the order. You can use the "Track My Order" link in the footer to find out when your order will arrive. Please don’t forget to check your spam and junk folders for your shipping email! As a reminder, orders may take up to three weeks to ship as stated in our confirmation email.

Absolutely! If you need your order shipped to a different address, we can try to help! Simply email us at info@the19thdc.com as soon as possible. As long as your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll get that changed for you!
